Your assessment dues help pay for the maintenance of non-dedicated streets, utility maintenance on non-dedicated streets, snow removal and winter services on non-dedicated streets, landscaping for the clubhouse and surrounding areas, landscaping for townhomes, and more.
Owners with current dues are able to enjoy the pool, clubhouse, gardening plots, and the ability to vote at meetings.

We understand that many members enjoy the ACH and credit card payment feature, but it has proven to create more problems when it does not work correctly.

You will continue to receive a statement from HOA Start for the month of September. After this, you shouldn’t keep getting statements from HOA Start.

The new accounting firm will be using Quick Books and we will go back to mailing a statement to each member on May 1st and December 1st. You will not have 24/7 access that you have now.
